Self Love and Learning to Start Within

Self Love and Learning to Start Within

Hello all. I am new to the blogging community and I believe this is a great way to communicate and express one's thoughts and ideas. I have been thinking about the concept of self love for awhile. I do not believe my life has been so easy and have been through various challenges personally and not. I began to realize to all starts within if we like it or not. We need to love and cherish ourselves like a baby despite the fact we are an adult. A child is nourished, fed, sleeps plenty and has time to play. It is important to change our priorities. We must maintain our health first! This is the single most important aspect for a good life. To love ourselves enough to take care of out physical and mental self. Life is like a circle with components cut up in a balanced circle. These components in all aspects in our life must be maintained and balanced for a complete life. Everything is connected but, it all starts with loving ourselves and being the best we can. I am not talking about obsession. I am just stating being physically, mentally, spiritually balanced from self love. Self love is also knowing when to make the right decision for your best and highest good. I myself am on my self love journey so, I will list some ideas and tips.

1. The first thing we can all do is to start and maintain an exercise routine. It is important for the mental health to maintain good physical health. We are all connected as stated before. I try to get some cardio exercise every morning. It sets a good tone for the day and increases energy and well being. I think it is good to be continuous but, not to push ourselves too hard to become burnt out. Slow and steady wins the race.

2. Eat foods that you will benefit from. Fast food and junk food is ok once and awhile but, to maintain health we need to cut down on fat foods and increase foods to maintain our bodies. I like smoothies  with protein powder. No one is perfect with their diet and it is obvious that fresh food is more expensive than fast food. At the end of the day the expensive thing always lasts longer and is worth it in the end. This applies to fashion as well.:)
3. Being honest with myself when it comes to relationships. It is hard to cut someone off but, if it is in your best interest you should. People only treat you how they see you treat yourself for the most part. This part  is mainly for letting go of weirdos, downers, users or someone who is not willing to commit or does not want the same thing as you. It is a waste of time holding feelings for these people. Freedom and a peace of mind is priceless. There are so many people in this world if we are willing to explore.
4. Slow down and indulge. Choose the nice option and enjoy it. Spend more money on the clothes and it will last longer so, it is worth the money.  Buy the nicer food and enjoy life. Slow down and have a more meaningful life. This is one of the issues I have with living in a big city. Everything seems so easy to obtain without any effort.
5. Dress up when you feel good. Feeling good comes first then looking the past comes after. It is really feeling good in nice fabrics and clothes that fit your body and make you feel fab. Dress up and make yourself the best version of you.
6. Take positive risks forward. I always get bored of being in the same place or city for too long. My dream job would be to travel even 3 months or less to keep the variety. This has to do with self love because, risk usually involves someones personal dream or goal. If it is going to medical school or opening your own store or business. It all takes a positive risk and leap forward. Loving oneself means following what you what to do regardless of what others say. It means following your inner voice and heart and knowing you can accomplish anything with your blood, sweat and tears.

I will add more to my self love journey list. For now this will do. Still on the self love journey today till forever. Follow me!
Thanks.

PETA companies that Do and Do Not test on animals

PETA Companies that do and do not test on animals.

I have always had a compassion for animals and have never investigated into PETA and
organization. I do believe in their principles to protect innocent animals. When I saw the cruel, violent and unethical practices these people were doing to kill these animals without pain killers I felt ill. I was crying for the pain of the animals, and for the horrible violence toward them. This needs to STOP! I continued to read the website and came across the section which states companies which do and do not test on animals.

Here is a list of companies that DO test on animals. This includes many huge well known companies which is really a shame. I wish they can find an alternative. Companies like bobby brown, estee lauder, johnson and johnson, mac, almay, axe. I found it interesting like companies making women personal products are also tested on animals which makes me sick.

There are companies which do NOT test on animals which I now support more. These companies which do not for example are, nyx, urban decay, tart,  ahava, bath and body works elf and more.

Going on the site www.peta.org inspired me to make a change and help animals in need and spead the work against animal abuse and violence.

We can make the change by writing to these companies and telling them stop testing on animals. We can stop buying their products or reduce the amount. We can also support peta and help animals in need. Many laws need to be made to protect the rights of animals and have as little pain as possible if they will be killed.

Testing on animals and in labs for scientific research is another subject. I do not really agree on testing on animals if it will harm, torture or kill them. Some of these peta videos showing animal abuse made me so upset I really need to do something about it.

I hope you all start spreading the message and help animals and not hurt them.
I hope you follow my new blog.

Thanks.
